How it works
The whole mechanism is four sentences long. That is the point.
You hold $ROBINCATYLD.
Buy it and keep it in a wallet you control. There is nothing to stake, lock, approve or sign. Holding is the entire action.
A treasury of ROBINCAT sits ready.
Robincat Yield holds ROBINCAT — the cat Robinhood posted — for the sole purpose of giving it away. Its size is deliberately not published.
A batch is sent, on demand.
A batch of ROBINCAT goes out at once, split pro-rata by $ROBINCATYLD balance at a snapshot block. No calendar, no warning.
It shows up in the register, afterwards.
The batch is posted on Distributions with its transaction hash once the tokens have landed.
Details
Who is eligible
Every address holding $ROBINCATYLD at the snapshot block of that batch, in proportion to its balance. The pool that trades the token, the payer wallet itself, and the burn address are excluded — paying them would be paying ourselves.
How your share is calculated
Your share is your balance ÷ eligible supply, applied to the batch. Remainders from rounding are allocated by largest remainder, so the sum of the payouts equals the batch exactly — no dust is kept back.
Do I need to claim?
No. There is no claim page and there never will be one. A claim flow is where projects quietly keep whatever is never claimed. The tokens are pushed to you.
How often
On demand. There is no fixed cadence, and that is a decision rather than an omission: a published schedule is a schedule to trade against. Batches are struck when we choose and announced once they have already settled.
Why the treasury size is secret
A published treasury balance becomes the number every chart and every reply guy prices in, and it invites the exact behaviour the batches are meant to avoid. The verifiable part is not the balance — it is the outflow, and every unit of that outflow is on chain.
Gas and cost to you
Nothing. Batches are sent from the payer wallet, which pays the gas. You never sign a transaction to receive one.
What ROBINCAT is
A community memecoin on Robinhood Chain, launched 31 August 2026, the same day Robinhood's account posted the pixel cat. It is not issued by Robinhood and neither is this project. We are a holder handing out what we hold.
